Fair Trade Logistics, Inc. operates a text-messaging program to support our freight and logistics customers and contacts. Last updated June 21, 2026.
Program Description: When you consent to receive text messages from Fair Trade Logistics, we may send conversational and informational messages related to your shipments, including quotes, shipment status updates, tracking links, pickup and delivery coordination, accessorial options such as lift gate service or delivery appointments, and follow-ups to prior phone conversations.
How You Opt In: You may opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages verbally during a phone call with our team, through an existing business relationship when you provide your number to request quotes or arrange shipments, or when you request shipment status or tracking information from us. We only send messages to individuals who have provided consent.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your shipments and interactions with us.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Fair Trade Logistics does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages.
